Emmure是成立于2003年的美国金属核乐队，最初位于美国康涅狄格州的新费尔菲尔德，现居于纽约皇后区。该乐队至今一共发布了7张专辑，其首次公开发行的EP为2006年的《The Complete Guide to Needlework》从《Goodbye to the Gallows》(2007) 开始，他们的大部分活动一直与VictoryRecords合作。其二、三、四张专辑（《The Respect Issue》 (2008), 《Felony》 (2009) 以及 《Speaker of the Dead》(2011)）也都是通过VictoryRecords发表的。在第四张专辑合约到期后，他们再次与Victory Records签约，以发表他们接下来的两张专辑 《Slave to the Game》 (2012) 和 《Eternal Enemies》(2014)。然而，在长达九年的合作之后，Emmure选择于2016年离开Victory Records，继而与SharpTone签约。
随之，他们的第七张专辑《Look at Yourself》于2017年3月3日发布。值得一提的是， 乐队新成员分别来自著名金属核乐队Glass Cloud 和数学核乐队The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza。
乐队的主唱FrankiePalmeri是目前队中唯一的原始成员，多年来也一直饱受争议。他鲜明的个性使得Emmure在该风格的队伍中独树一帜，评论家称他“肆无忌惮”的态度是乐队的一个有趣的特点。
